Route: The route is multi terrain. It’s Linn Park, it’s not a flat park. The route sticks to some of the main paths in the park and introduces some nice section of trail running.

Unless we have a deluge the route won’t be muddy. There may be patches of dirt and slippery bits. A short bit of downward steps, take care!

As always we don’t have exclusive use of the park, beware and courteous to other park users. Their dogs are park users too!

Finish: Very close by the start. Water and snack available. Then a short walk down the hill to collect your free beer (AF available) at the Old Smiddy.

Prizes: Prize giving will take place at the Old Smiddy following completion of the race.

Marshals: Our hi-viz heroes have all given up their own time in order for this event to take place. Please say thanks. A wee grunt or thumbs up will suffice! They have no specific details of the entries route. They do their bit. So questions of ‘how far to go?’ etc are likely to be unanswered and not their fault!

We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow night, if you have any questions please keep them to yourself. Alternatively drop us a line, via social media channels or email hello@acorntrails.run
